3–5+ years in strategy, consulting, venture, or high-growth SaaS.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
Ability to translate strategy into clear KPIs, roadmaps, and accountability.
Excellent communication skills in German and English and executive presence.
High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills.
Sound judgment and the ability to challenge constructively.
Absolute integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
A bias for ownership, clarity, and disciplined execution.
