As Integration Engineer at Kertos, you’ll shape the way we integrate with our customers making our Platform an integral part of their compliance ecosystem. Trailblaze our integration engineering efforts and leave your mark on our journey to become Europe’s leading platform for automated compliance. To achieve this, we are planning to raise a Series A financing round next year to boost our ambitions – and we need you. Join our team and transform the compliance landscape with us! 

What you’ll be doing here: 

• Work hand-in-hand with our customers to understand their unique system needs and gather detailed integration requirements. 
• Design and develop tailor-made integrations that connect customer systems to our Kertos platform, ensuring smooth data flow and seamless performance. 
• Lead the charge on building strategic integrations with big platforms like Azure or Personio taking our offering to the next level. 
• Guide our customers through the integration process with clear, helpful advice being their go-to expert, guaranteeing smooth sailing every step of the way. 
• Quickly tackle any integration hiccups that come your way while also looking for clever ways to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks.

• You combine a solid technical background with hands-on experience in creating bespoke integrations, working with APIs, and taking on custom development projects
• You have worked in customer-facing roles, e. g. as Integration / Solution Engineer, ideally in a SaaS Startup environment
• You mastered the skill of turning complex technical requirements into actionable solutions for both tech-savvy and non-technical people
• You have great interpersonal skills and are an excellent communicator in English, German skills are a big plus
• You excel at creatively solving problems and love developing innovative solutions to technical challenges
